It is my professional goal to raise test scores for students to an all-time high and to provide a positive district climate within which staff and students may give back to their community.  After my selection as Superintendent in Corvallis and moving from Arizona back to Montana, life has improved dramatically--better weather (mostly anyway), better food, and better outdoor activities. Montana is a great place to live!

I was a secondary teacher in Iowa and Montana for twenty years prior to becoming an administrator in Livingston, Montana. From Livingston, we moved to Wyoming where I was a principal for a few years prior to becoming a superintendent in Arizona for 14 years.

It is my intention to help the board set a direction for the district, promote instructional leadership, serve as a community resource, and improve the lives of students and staff in the Corvallis School District. Experience, energy, and enthusiasm, help me keep the commitment and focus needed to assist in providing the best possible educational experiences for all of our students. I look forward to being a part of the Corvallis Community for years to come.
